Frequently asked questions
What counts as an "active petition"?
An active petition is any case currently in drafting or review — from document upload through final export. Once you archive or close a case it no longer counts toward your limit. You can have as many archived cases as you need.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If Immigration Copilot doesn't save you meaningful time on your first petition, contact us within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.
Is client data secure?
All documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Client documents are never used to train AI models. We follow SOC2-aligned security practices.
What visa categories are supported?
Immigration Copilot supports EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability, Form I-140) and O-1A (Extraordinary Ability nonimmigrant) petitions, covering all 10 EB-1A criteria and all O-1A criteria.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. Your cases and documents are retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can export everything you need.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new limit takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change applies at the next billing cycle.
