Founding partner program
Build the EB-1A and O-1 drafting tool with us, on your cases
We are working with a small group of immigration attorneys who file extraordinary ability cases. Founding partners use Immigration Copilot free during the pilot, tell us where it gets things wrong, and keep founding pricing once paid plans launch.
- Free during the pilot
- Founding pricing locked in after
- Start on a sample case, no client data
- Real files only under a pilot agreement
Who it is for
Small firms where EB-1A and O-1 are the work
The pilot only works if the cases repeat often enough to show what the product gets wrong.
You file extraordinary ability cases regularly
EB-1A and O-1 (often with NIW alongside) are a large share of the practice, at roughly 10 or more petitions a year.
You decide what software the firm uses
Solo practices and firms of one to five attorneys, where the person reading this page makes the call.
You will tell us when it is wrong
We want the attorney who marks up the draft hard and says so.
You care how every claim is supported
Each sentence in the draft carries an exhibit cite. You will get the most out of the pilot if that is how you already review a brief.
Probably not a fit: firms that file only a few extraordinary ability petitions a year, or practices centered on family, removal or asylum work. Immigration Copilot is built only for EB-1A and O-1.
What the firm gets
What founding partners get
Free use during the pilot
No charge for the product while the pilot runs.
Founding pricing, locked in
When paid plans launch, founding partners keep founding pricing.
A live walkthrough and a test account
We show you the full flow on a sample case, then set up a test account with a sample case. No client data.
A verification report per case
Which claim rests on which exhibit, and which rest on nothing. Useful as a QC record in the file.
A say in what gets built next
Your markups and requests shape the roadmap directly, with the founder on the other end.
What we ask
What we ask in return
- Work in the test account and tell us honestly where the product gets things wrong.
- If you decide to go further, one to three real cases within 60 days, under the pilot agreement and with your client’s consent. You upload them yourself.
- 30 minutes every two weeks during the pilot.
- Your edits: the draft next to the version you finalized, so we can see what you changed.
- If you like it: a short quote and one introduction to a colleague.
How onboarding works
Sample case first. Your files only when you decide.
Your confidentiality duties come first, so the order is fixed.
- 1
Short call and live walkthrough
We run a sample case through the reading, the criteria map, a drafted section and the verification flags, and you ask whatever you want.
- 2
Test account with a sample case
You work a sample case yourself. No client data goes in at this stage.
- 3
Pilot agreement, if you want real cases
Real files only after a written pilot agreement covering confidentiality, no model training, deletion on request and the sub-processor list, and with your client’s consent.
- 4
You upload, we review together
You upload the case files yourself; we do not handle your client files. Every two weeks we spend 30 minutes on what worked and what did not.
Security
Client files stay client files
Immigration records carry passports, salaries and family details. The platform is built around that.
Encrypted
Files are encrypted at rest with AES‑256 and in transit with TLS.
Separated by firm
Every query and every file path is scoped to your firm and case. Other firms cannot reach your data.
No model training
Documents go to AI models through business APIs whose terms exclude training on your data.
Access by role
Attorneys, paralegals and clients see what their role allows. Clients upload to their own case only.
FAQ
Questions about the founding partner program
Is it really free?
Yes, during the pilot. When paid plans launch, founding partners keep founding pricing.
Do we have to upload client files to take part?
No. You start with a live walkthrough and a test account on a sample case, with no client data. Real cases come later, only if you decide, under a pilot agreement and with your client’s consent.
Who can see our client files?
You upload them yourself and we do not handle them. Files are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS, every query and file path is scoped to your firm and case, and documents go to AI models through business APIs whose terms exclude training on your data.
How much time does it take?
Thirty minutes every two weeks for feedback, plus the time you would spend on the cases anyway. If you move to real files, we ask for one to three cases within 60 days.
Does Immigration Copilot replace our case management software?
No. It is not a case management, forms, calendaring or billing system and does not fill I-129 or I-140. It drafts the EB-1A or O-1 petition letter and assembles the exhibit binder. Keep your current system for the matter.
How do we apply?
Send the form on the contact page with a line about your practice. We reply to set up the walkthrough.
Want to shape it on your own cases?
Tell us about your practice and we will set up a walkthrough on a sample case. No client data until you decide.
