Parley Alternative for EB-1A and O-1 Petitions

A Parley alternative built only for EB-1A and O-1 briefs: how Immigration Copilot compares on evidence attribution, exhibit cites, forms, pricing and fit.

Disclosure: Immigration Copilot is our product. Parley details come from its homepage, its immigration workflow page and its pricing page, checked October 21, 2026.

Our Pick for the EB-1A or O-1 Brief Itself

For EB-1A and O-1 petition drafting, Immigration Copilot is the alternative we recommend: it reads the 30 to 200 document case file, keeps a recommender's credentials off your client's record, places evidence on the criteria and cites an exhibit on every sentence. Parley is the better pick when you want one AI system for many visa types, USCIS forms, research and case management. Immigration Copilot does none of the forms or case work, so pair it with the system you already run.

Parley started in immigration and grew into what its homepage calls "The Legal Agent that works": one platform holding a legal team's files, communications and deadlines. Some firms want exactly that. Others want a narrower tool that spends all its effort on the 20 to 60 page extraordinary ability brief. This page is for the second group.

Where the Two Tools Spend Their Effort

Both draft from uploaded evidence. The difference sits upstream of the draft.

Much of an EB-1A file is about other people. The recommender's CV. The judging panel's other members. A press article about someone with the same surname. Immigration Copilot reads every one of the 30 to 200 files with the question "whose achievement is this?" A recommender's credentials stay attached to the letter and never become your client's achievements, and a namesake in a newspaper is not your client.

Then each fact is quoted from its document, and code compares the quote against the source text. A quote that is not there gets dropped. A sentence with nothing behind it is removed. What survives carries an exhibit cite, and anything the system could not trace comes back to you as a question instead of a confident paragraph.

Each document is also read four times with different instructions, and three of those reads must agree. Unsigned drafts, templates, paid placements and disputed attributions arrive as flags for you to decide on.

Parley's workflow page describes a wider loop: drafting, a research agent that pulls media mentions and salary benchmarks, the RFE Response Builder, form auto-fill and exhibit assembly, all editable and version-controlled. The same page says attorney review is required on all outputs.

When Parley Is the Better Pick

Pick Parley if any of these describe your firm:

  • Most of your volume is H-1B, L-1, TN or E-2, with O-1 and EB-1 as a share of it.
  • You want USCIS forms and the brief to come out of the same system.
  • You work inside Microsoft Word and Outlook all day and want the AI there.
  • You practice outside immigration too.
  • Your procurement needs a SOC 2 Type II report today.

Immigration Copilot does not fill forms, track deadlines or manage cases. Saying otherwise would cost you a bad purchase.

When Immigration Copilot Is the Better Pick

Your practice files EB-1A and O-1 cases, the evidence arrives as a pile of 30 to 200 files, and the expensive part of each case is the brief and the binder. You want to see which criteria are thin before anyone writes a paragraph. You want a draft where checking a claim means clicking its cite, not rereading the record.

Look at the output before you decide. The sample cited petition is a four-page excerpt with Criterion 5 and Criterion 6 sections, the exhibit list, and the open questions the draft sent back.

Pricing

Parley: Starter is $500 per month for up to 10 seats shared in a workspace, with a set amount of usage credits. Enterprise is on request with unlimited seats and SSO. Parley describes every plan as usage-based with "No per-seat pricing" (pricing page). A free trial is offered.

Immigration Copilot: pricing on request. We set up the firm's workspace and walk through the first case with you.

How to Test Either Tool on a Closed Case

Run the same closed EB-1A or O-1 case through both. Then check four things by hand: whether any recommender credential ended up described as the beneficiary's, how many factual sentences you can trace to an exhibit page in under ten seconds, which criteria the tool called weak, and how long the exhibit list took to match the brief. Those four checks say more than any feature table, this one included.
